ट्रेंडिंग स्टॉक: टाटा पावर पीपीए का विस्तार किया |



टाटा पावर कंपनी लिमिटेड ने बुधवार को कहा कि कंपनी ने The Brihan Mumbai Electric Supply & Transport (BEST) के साथ अपने Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) को मार्च 2024 तक पांच साल के लिए लगभग 677 मेगावाट बढ़ाया है।

वास्तव में, कंपनी के ट्रॉम्बे थर्मल हाइड्रो प्लांट्स से मेगावॉट, मेगावाट की आपूर्ति के लिए बिजली खरीद समझौता, पहली अप्रैल 2019 से 31 मार्च, 2024 तक वैध है, टाटा पावर ने बुधवार को पोस्ट बाजार के दौरान कहा।

टाटा पावर कंपनी लिमिटेड के स्टॉक्स ने गुरुवार के अस्थिर कारोबारी सत्र में, पूंजीपतियों के इस विकास के साथ सकारात्मक प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त की।

टाटा पावर के शेयर ने उच्च और निम्न स्तर पर रु। क्रमश: 76.25 और 75.20 प्रति शेयर, और वर्तमान में एनएसई पर 1.14 प्रतिशत से उच्चतर व्यापार के दौरान व्यापार पर  है। इंट्राडे के दौरान और बढ़ने की उम्मीद है। इस बीच, सेंसेक्स 35956 अंकों की तेजी के साथ 65 अंक और निफ्टी 10802 के स्तर से 9 अंकों की तेजी के साथ बंद हुआ।

Paragon Partners raises USD 120 million for its first PE fund

Private_Equity Company Paragon Partners has announced on Monday announced the completion of fund raising for its private #equity fund, PPGF-I to invest in mid-size companies, securing commitments of 120 million dollar approx, from domestic and global investors.

The fund’s limited partners include a large sovereign wealth fund, a development financial institution, funds of funds, insurance companies, family offices and HNIs.

The fund will focus on the key sectors such as consumer discretionary services, financial, Infrastructure, Industrials & Healthcare services. The fund has an advanced pipeline of investment scopes across these sectors.

The company currently has a footprint across Mumbai, pursuing a growth capital strategy that involves an active role in value creation in its portfolio companies, particularly in the areas of business development, operational efficiency and organizational development.

Maruti Suzuki Q2 profit rises 3.44%

The stocks of Maruti Suzuki were trading 1.3% higher at Rs 8,170 in the afternoon hours.

Maruti Suzuki Ltd on Friday reported a rise of 3.44% in profit after tax at Rs 2,484.3 crore for the Q2 ended Sept 30. It had reported a profit of Rs 2,401.5 cr in the corresponding quarter last year.
The company said it expects a double-digit increase for the remainder of the financial year.
The company sold a total of 4,92,118 vehicles during the quarter, a growth of about 18% over the same period of the previous year. Sales in the domestic market stood at 4,57,401 units, a growth of 19% . Exports were at 34,717 units.

The stocks of Maruti Suzuki were trading 1.3% higher at Rs 8,170 in the afternoon hours.

Sensex and Nifty close at record highs as IT, telecom stocks rise

Benchmark BSE Sensex closed at 30,582.60 higher by 260.48 points or 0.8% whereas  Nifty-50 closed at 9,512.25 higher by 66.85 points or 0.7%, on Tuesday backed by PSU banks, FMCG, auto and IT stocks.
Nifty PSU Bank index led the market rally in today’s trading session  gaining 2.4% during the trade, while the Nifty closed above 9,500 for the first time ever, Sensex closed above its psychological 30,500 mark. Reliance, SBI, ITC and TCS contributed 45% to the Nifty gains, with IOC and Indian Hotels being the prominent Nifty gainers.
ITC gained 2.2 percent to Rs 283.45, hitting a  high and low of  Rs 284.25 and 278.10  respectively, in intraday trade.  Auto stocks rose with  Hero MotoCorp gaining 3.2%, Eicher Motors went up 1.39%, Tata Motors rose 1.23%, Bajaj Auto went up  0.98% among others.
The market breadth was strong with  853 advancing stocks against 791 declining stocks  and 307 unchanged stocks on NSE.
The stock of Voltamp Transformers surged 8% as the company today reported a net profit at Rs 22.65 Cr, for the quarter ended March 2017, versus Rs 19.21 Cr, for the corresponding quarter of the last year.
