11 जनवरी को बायबैक प्रस्ताव के बाद इंफोसिस स्टॉक में बढोतरी

इंफोसिस लिमिटेड के शेयरों में अधिक या कम 2 प्रतिशत का उछाल बुधवार को व्यापार के दौरान हुआ जब कंपनी ने घोषणा की कि उसका बोर्ड 11 जनवरी को होने वाली अपनी बैठक में बायबैक प्रस्ताव और विशेष लाभांश का भुगतान, यदि कोई हो, तो, उसे रद्द कर देगा।

पिछले साल शेयरधारकों द्वारा अनुमोदित पूंजी आवंटन नीति के अनुसार, इन्फोसिस लिमिटेड ने इस वित्त वर्ष के अंत तक शेयरधारकों को लगभग 10400 करोड़ रुपये वापस देने की योजना बनाई है।

इसके अलावा, आईटी प्रमुख अपने 31 दिसंबर, 2018 को 11 जनवरी, 2019 के बाद के बाजार के घंटों के लिए अपने क्यू -3 वित्तीय परिणामों की घोषणा करेंगे, कंपनी ने कहा।

इस बायबैक  के प्रति आशावादी रूप से प्रतिक्रिया करते हुए, इंफोसिस लिमिटेड के शेयरों ने रुपये में उच्च स्तर को छुआ। बुधवार को रुपये के मुकाबले 689.80 प्रति शेयर। एनएसई पर प्रति शेयर 670.05। 11:30 बजे, शेयर 1.53 प्रतिशत की बढ़त के साथ 680.30 रुपये पर कारोबार कर रहा था, इस बीच सेंसेक्स 172 अंकों की तेजी के साथ 36153 पर और निफ्टी 37 अंकों की तेजी के साथ 10839 के स्तर पर खुला।

Shares DLF (Real Estate Company) rose over 7% on Wednesday after company’s announcement that it will hold a board meeting on 25 August to decide on promoters’ proposal to sell their 40 percent stake to GIC in a deal estimated at about Rs 13,000 crore. The stock gained 7.87% to the day’s high of Rs 189.1 on NSE.

Stock Pulse: Benchmark indices were trading in positive terrain while showing marginal slip after morning gains. Nifty still trading over 9,800 level and Sensex still up over 100 points. Shares of Infosys Ltd were topping the charts as most active stocks in terms of value followed by realty stock DLF. Meantime, Nifty PSU Bank is one of the major stocks on NSE, which was trading up by 1.11% at 3,268 level. OBC is the top index gainer trading higher by 2.76% at Rs 122.95 per share.

IPO Subscription: IPO of Apex Frozen Foods got subscribed by 55 percent on its second day of subscription as per NSE data. The total issue volume stands at 62,10,000 shares. Total bids got by the IPO stood at 34,36,080.

Sensex down 103 points, Nifty 9.70% lower as investors book profits

The key indices settled April F&O expiry lower, in a choppy session as investors take a sigh after hitting record highs the previous day and booked profits.  The BSE Sensex was down 103.61 points at 30,029.74, while the NSE  Nifty-50 was down 9.70 points at 9,342.15. In the broader market, the  BSE Mid-cap index gained 0.07%,  on the other hand, the BSE Small-cap index ended 0.02% lower.
Global markets also eased as a long-anticipated US tax cut plan announced by U.S. President Donald Trump on Wednesday failed to motivate investors. Street also watchful to hear from European Central Bank meet.
Bank of India stocks was locked today at its upper circuit of Rs 179.55 and continued to trade on its new 52-week high value at Rs. 185.70. 
Maruti Suzuki fell 0.74% to Rs 6,360 after net profit rose 15.8% to Rs 1,709 crore on 20.3% rise in net sales to Rs. 18,005.20 crore in fourth quarter March 2017 over fourth quarter March 2016.
Infosys Ltd, Tata Motors, Cipla and Wipro gained the most on BSE Sensex,  whereas Tata Steel, Lupin, ITC and Axis Bank shed the most on the index.

Indian Stock Market opened flat today, could not hold its early gains and deviated to red. Sensex live at 27815 with 126 points down or 0.45 percent while Nifty dropped 0.33 points or 0.39 percent to 8531. Indian sectors are trading mixed with Consumer Durables sector at 12504 with 205 points up and Auto sector at 20404 with 175 points at top. BSE Small Cap trading at 12028 with 40 points down, BSE Mid-Cap at 12144 with 29 points up and Nifty Mid-Cap live at 14334 with 4 points down. Infosys dropped 8.96 percent in the early sessions which is depicted as a major loss, NTPC and TCS dropped 2.5 percent. Rupee opened marginally higher but declined 0.04 paise or 0.06 percent to 66.95. Bullion Market drops in the early session, Gold with 63 points down trading at 30,887 and Silver dropped 64 points at 47,445. Energy sector is trading low minor loss. NCDEX Market is trading marginally down. Charjddel and Sybeanidr with minor losses trading respective at 9000 and 3650. Rmseed with 11 points hike at 4924, Tmcfgrnzm with 18 points hike at 8104 and Dhaniya with 24 points lead at 7809. Asian market Indices are trading high on global cues. Japan's benchmark index Nikkei with 114 points hike trading at 16500, Hong Kong's Index Hang Seng with 30 points up trading at 21591 and China's benchmark index Shanghai Composite declined 1.54 points at 3052.48.

Monday Morning News with Latest Market Updates

For the last four days the Indian Stock Market was off due to Ambedkar Jayanti, Ram Navmi and weekend. But on the Monday, Stock Market gave a nice opening after the 4 days break. Although, the Mcx Commodity Market was open for the evening session on Friday. Except the Sensex & Nifty, all other Asian Indexes are trading in negative zone with major losses. As per the latest market update, BSE Sensex is currently trading at 25751.56 with the hike of 124.81 and after gaining 37.75 points NSE Nifty has jumped up to 7888.20 level. The stock of Infosys has been hiked by 6.52% and presently running on the level of 1249.15 followed by Idea cellular at 121 with the lead of 5.54%. 
In Commodity Market, the Ncdex Commodities are performing surprisingly amazing and almost all the commodities seems to trading in positive zone. Whether in Mcx Commodities, except Gold, Nickel and Mentha oil all other Base Metals are trading in Negative zone.
