सेंसेक्स फॉल्स 350 अंक चीन पर ताजा शुल्क लगाने पर

बाजार का बेंचमार्क सूचकांक आज के सत्र में निफ्टी में 100 अंकों से अधिक की गिरावट के साथ बंद हुआ।

अमेरिकी राष्ट्रपति ट्रम्प द्वारा वॉशिंगटन और बीजिंग के बीच व्यापार चिंताओं को बढ़ाते हुए, सेप्ट 1 से USD300 बिलियन चीनी आयात पर 10pc शुल्क लगाने की घोषणा के बाद गिरावट का नेतृत्व किया गया है।

10.15 बजे, बीएसई सेंसेक्स 357-पीएसटी 36,661-लेवल नीचे और निफ्टी 50 10866-लेवल पर 113-पीटी पर कारोबार कर रहा है।

निफ्टी पर टॉप हारने वालों में वेदांत, गेल इंडिया, कोल इंडिया, टाटा स्टील और हिंडाल्को थे, जबकि भारती एयरटेल, एशियन पेंट्स, सिप्ला, इंफोसिस और अल्ट्राटेक सीमेंट की अगुवाई में बढ़त रही।

निफ्टी पर सभी धर्मनिरपेक्ष सूचकांक इस समय निफ्टी मेटल (-2.92%), रियल्टी (-2.85%), ऑटो (-1.71%) और बैंक (-1.43%) में अधिकतम हानि के साथ लाल रंग में कारोबार कर रहे थे।

लोकप्रिय निफ्टी बैंक इंडेक्स में गिरावट ICICI बैंक, IDFC फर्स्ट बैंक, बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा और इंडसइंड बैंक के नेतृत्व में 2 से 2.30% की गिरावट के साथ हुई।

ऑटो स्टॉक अशोक लीलैंड के साथ लाल रंग में कारोबार कर रहा था, जो 9.88% नीचे है, अपोलो टायर 5.77% नीचे और हीरो मोटोकॉर्प 2.43% नीचे ऑटो इंडेक्स में शीर्ष हारने वालों के रूप में।

बाजार ओपन लोवर

शेयर बाजार के बेंचमार्क इंडेक्स सोमवार को कम खुले, वैश्विक संकेतों को हल्का करने के लिए वैश्विक संकेतों को ध्यान में रखते हुए और फेडरल मीट की ओर ध्यान आकर्षित किया।

सुबह 9.45 बजे, बेंचमार्क बीएसई सेंसेक्स 16328 अंकों की गिरावट के साथ 39288.51 पर, वेदांत, रिलायंस, TataSteel, TataMotors और AxisBank शीर्ष हारने वालों में से एक है। टाटा स्टील, ग्रासिम, रिलायंस और जेएसडब्ल्यू स्टील के साथ एनएसई निफ्टी 55.40 पॉइंट नीचे 11767.90 पर था।

निफ्टी आईटी को छोड़कर अन्य सेक्टरों में, सभी अन्य सेक्टोरल इंडेक्स निफ्टी मेटल में प्रमुख गिरावट के साथ लाल रंग में कारोबार कर रहे हैं, जो जेएसडब्ल्यू स्टील, सेल, एपीएल अपोलो, वेदांत, टाटा स्टील और जिंदल स्टील में 1.45% की गिरावट के साथ 1.45% तक गिर रहे हैं। सीमा में 2.73%।

इस बीच, भारतीय रुपया 69.86 / अमरीकी डालर के पिछले बंद के मुकाबले 6ps नीचे, 69.86 पर खुला था।

कमोडिटी पर, कच्चे तेल की कीमत ब्रेंट फ्यूचर्स के साथ 0.4pc बढ़कर USD62.28 प्रति बैरल हो गई। यूएस डब्ल्यूटीआई क्रूड वायदा भी 0.452 ऊपर था, USD52.69 प्रति बैरल।

निम्नलिखित कुछ प्रमुख कंपनियाँ हैं जो आज, 3 मई को अपने मार्च तिमाही (Q4FY19) परिणामों की रिपोर्ट करेंगी, और उनके शेयरों को ट्रेडिंग में देखा जाएगा: एलएंडटी टेक्नोलॉजी सर्विसेस, टाटा केमिकल्स, हिंदुस्तान यूनिलीवर, बिड़लापुर, गोदरेज कंज्यूमर प्रोडक्ट्स, अवास फाइनेंसर, दीपक नाइट्राइट।

पिछले स्टॉक को उनके घोषित परिणामों के आधार पर देखा जा सकता है: MRF लिमिटेड ने Q4FY2019 के लिए पिछले वर्ष की इसी तिमाही के Rs.345.32-Crore की तुलना में अपने शुद्ध लाभ में 14.91pc की गिरावट के साथ 293.83-करोड़ रुपये की गिरावट दर्ज की है। ; जबकि तिमाही के लिए कुल आय 6.04pc की वृद्धि के साथ Rs.4,182.92-Crore पर हुई।

SML Isuzu Ltd, प्रमुख वाणिज्यिक वाहन निर्माता ने अप्रैल 2019 की बिक्री में 20.1pc वृद्धि दर्ज की है।

लौरस लैब्स लिमिटेड ने 31 मार्च को समाप्त तिमाही में शुद्ध लाभ में गिरावट दर्ज की है, जो 31 मार्च को समाप्त हुई थी।

नॉन बैंकिंग फाइनेंस कंपनी, AadharHousing Finance ने वित्त वर्ष 2018-19 के लिए Rs.162Crore पर शुद्ध लाभ में 41-पीसी की वृद्धि की सूचना दी।

निम्नलिखित कुछ प्रमुख कंपनियाँ हैं जो आज (2 मार्च) को अपने तिमाही (Q4FY19) परिणामों की रिपोर्ट करेंगी, 2 मई को, और इस तरह उनके शेयरों को व्यापार में देखा जाएगा: डाबर इंडिया, कंसाईनारोलैक पेंट्स, टाटापावर, हिंदुस्तान जिंक, एमआरएफ, ब्लूस्टार, बंधन बैंक, एलएंडटी इन्फोटेक, जेएम फाइनेंशियल और रेडिको खेतान।

उनके घोषित परिणामों के आधार पर देखे जाने वाले अन्य स्टॉक: मारुतिसुजुकी इंडिया लिमिटेड ने अप्रैल में 1,31,385 इकाइयों में यात्री वाहनों की बिक्री में 19.6pc की तीव्र गिरावट दर्ज की।

मार्च तिमाही में टीवीएस मोटर का शुद्ध लाभ 19.2 pc पर फिसल गया, जो वर्ष-दर-वर्ष के आधार पर रु .133.8Crore पर 9.4pc वर्ष-दर-वर्ष की दर पर शुद्ध बिक्री में 4384 करोड़ रुपये पर पहुंच गया। ब्रिटानिया इंडस्ट्रीज ने 31 मार्च 2019 को समाप्त Q4 के लिए रु .294.27 करोड़ में समेकित शुद्ध लाभ में 11.82pc वृद्धि की सूचना दी है।

Axis Bank Q3 profit rises 25 pct

Axis Bank Ltd posted a 25.3% rise in its Q3 net profit, helped by higher interest and fee income plus a drop in provisions for bad loans, although results fell slightly short of a consensus estimate.

Net profit rose to Rs 726.44 crore or USD 113.86 million, for the quarter ended Dec 31, 2017 from Rs 579.57 crore a year ago, the country's third-largest private sector lender by assets, announced on Monday.

Gross bad loans as a percentage of total loans stood at 5.28% at December end, vis-à-vis 5.90% in the previous quarter and 5.22% a year earlier.


Shares of Axis Bank today closed at Rs. 614 on the BSE, up 4.02% from previous its close, while benchmark Sensex index rose 0.81% to 35,798.10 points, while on NSE the share price closed at Rs 611.30 up by 3.57%

Barbeque Nation Hospitality Float an IPO of 700 cr

Barbeque Nation Hospitality Ltd which owns and runs a chain of casual dining restaurants throughout India under the Barbeque-Nation brand name, has received markets regulator’s nod to raise an estimated Rs. 700 crore through initial public offering (IPO).

The IPO comprises fresh issue of shares worth Rs. 200 crore and an offer for sale of up to 61,79,000 equity shares, as per the DRHP, filed by the company. The offer consists of a reservation of upto 1.5 lakh equity shares for the company’s employees.

Barbeque Nation Hospitality has signed IIFL Holdings, Jefferies India, Edelweiss Financial Services and SBI Capital Markets for the book running lead managers to the issue. 


With the IPO markets picking up momentum after an engaging year 2017 for IPOs, the markets are set to salute big IPOs of companies including Reliance General Insurance Company, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, IRCTC, Barbeque Nation Hospitality and HG Infra Engineering among others.

Amber Enterprises to launch Rs. 555 crore IPO on 17 January

Amber Enterprises India Ltd, a prominent solution provider for Air conditioner Industry in India, on Wednesday said it will launch a Rs. 555 crore IPO on 17 January. The company has priced its shares ranging Rs. 855 - 859 per share, which comprises a fresh issue of shares of Rs. 450 crore and an offer for sale of shares of Rs. 105 by promoters of the firm Jasbir Singh & Daljit Singh. The offering closes on 19 January.

In the fiscal 2016-17, Amber Enterprises India Limited’s posted revenue of Rs. 1652.20 cr, up from Rs. 1092.10 cr, in the previous year. The company earned a profit of Rs. 27.8 cr, up from Rs. 24.1 cr, in the previous year.


Investment banks Edelweiss Fin Services Ltd, SBI Capital Markets, IDFC Bank Ltd and BNP Paribas are managing the share sale.

Apollo Tyre to invest Rs. 1,800 cr for Greenfield plant in A.P

Leading tyre manufacturer Apollo Tyres Limited announced that it plans to invest Rs. 1800 crore for setting up a Greenfield plant at Andhra Pradesh. The announcement was made during the foundation-stone-laying ceremony of Apollo Tyres’ global scale mfg facility on Tuesday, 9 January.

Apollo Tyres has bought 200 acres land from the Andhra Pradesh govt for this development. The construction will commence within the next 6 months, and the tyres are likely to start rolling out from this facility in the following 2 years.

Presently, Apollo Tyre has four production plants, of these two are in Kerala and one in Gujarat and another one in Tamil Nadu. This novel planned facility of Apollo Tyres Limited is located in Chinnapanduru village, Chittoor district, in Andhra Pradesh.


The stock of Apollo Tyre Limited open on Tuesday’s trade at Rs. 283 and touched day's high of Rs. 288.7, up 1.7% from the previous close of Rs. 283.80. The stock closed at Rs. 284.95, up by Rs. 1.25 or 0.44 per cent at NSE.

L&T commissions 360 MW Bheramara Cycle Power Plant in Bangladesh

Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T) said that it has successfully commissioned and handed over the 360 MW state-of-the-art Bheramara Combined Cycle Power Plant Project to North West Power Generation Company Limited (NWPGCL), the wholly  owned subsidiary of Bangladesh Power Development Board, on Jan 5, 2018.

Larsen & Toubro Limited is India's largest engineering & Construction Company generating 48 percent revenue from infrastructure in FY17.  The company generated 34 percent revenue from international markets in the fiscal 2017.  The company’s order book was Rs. 2.57 lakh crore as of the second quarter FY2018.

Shares of Larsen & Toubro Limited is currently trading at Rs. 1,332.40, down by Rs. 5.85 or 0.44% on the NSE, at 15:00 hours of trade.

HCC joint venture wins Rs. 484-cr order for Pune metro, Shares rise

Hindustan Construction Co. Limited (HCC) on Monday announced that its joint venture comopany AL Faraa has bagged a contract worth Rs. 484 crore from Maharashtra Metro Rail Corpn for the Pune metro project.

The contract comprises construction of 8 elevated stations on line II of the Pune metro rail project. The work constitutes general & structural civil works of the station buildings & architectural and site development. The 14.66 k.m long elevated Line-II of Pune Metro has 16 stations out of which 8 stations will be built by HCC. The project is to be completed in 3 years.


At 14:22 hours, shares of Hindustan Construction were trading at Rs. 43.35 per share, up Rs 1.40 or 3.34 % on the NSE.

Apollo Micro Systems Limited’s IPO opens on January 10

Apollo Micro Systems Ltd, a Hyderabad-based company, offering integrated solutions to the aerospace, defense-space, home land security and transportation sectors, on Thursday announced that it will launch its Rs. 156 core IPO on 10 January.

This Initial Public Offer will be the first one to be launched in 2018. The company has set a price band of Rs. 270 to 275 per share for the offer. The IPO will close on 12 January.
In the financial year 2017, the company reported revenue of Rs. 211.8 crore, up 33 percent from the previous fiscal.


In the year 2017, the Indian primary market has seen 36 Initial public offers with companies raising a record Rs. 67,147 crore, as per data from the Prime Database.

Reliance Industries completes USD 11 billion expansion plan

India's private petrochemical major, Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) has successfully commissioned the refinery off-gas cracker (ROGC) complex built at Jamnagar, Gujarat. The company houses its integrated refining and petrochemicals production hub at Jamnagar. The ROGC complex is the world's largest ethylene crackers using residue off-gas to create feedstock for manufacturing downstream petrochemicals. The project cost the company US Dollar 11 billion in capital expenditure.

The refinery off-gas cracker complex has a unique configuration since it uses off-gases from Reliance’s two refineries at Jamnagar which will boost the operating income of the company.


Today’s Stock closing bell, the Shares of Reliance Industries quoted Rs. 916.95 per share, up 0.61%. The BSE-Sensex ended at 33,793.38, down 18.88 points while the NSE-Nifty-50 index rose 1 point to 10,443.20.  

PNB sells entire stake in Principal Financial Group JV

Punjab National Bank (PNB) has sold its whole stake in the JV with Principal Financial Group to give full ownership of Principal PNB AMC and Principal Trustee Co. Pvt. Ltd in India. The Principal Financial Group would purchase PNB’s minority stakes in their joint ventures.  The agreement is depending on regulatory approval.

According to the website of PNB, the second largest public sector bank by market cap, it holds 21.38% in Principal PNB Asset Management Co. and 30% in Principal Trustee.

Principal PNB Asset Management Co. is the investment manager to Principal Mutual Fund.


Shares of PNB was trading at Rs.167.85 up 0.87% at NSE, mid-noon hours, Wednesday

Rupee climbs to 64.11 on exit poll findings win for BJP in Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh

According to the exit poll findings released yesterday, the BJP is set to keep up Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh from the Congress. This led to zoom the stock market to a great extent, impacting in turn the rupee sentiment.
The dollar lost some influence against the euro after the ECB left its policy rates and stimulus measures unharmed. The Bank of England also retained key interest rates unchanged.
The Indian currency jumped by 23 paise to 64.11, whereas bond yields edged lower in the morning after the exit polls indicated the country's ruling alliance would triumph elections in Modi’s home state but caution remained ahead of the actual results.
The benchmark Ten-year bond yield was down 1 bps at 7.12%, while the partially convertible rupee was at 64.15/dollar, with reference to its previous close of 64.34.

Meantime, in the opening stock trade Friday, the BSE Sensex barometer shot up 358.11 points to 33,605.11 while the NSE Nifty soared 110.20 points to 10,362.30.

Sensex snaps Four-day drop on value buying

The key benchmark indices Sensex, Nifty settled with small gains on first trading session of the week after seeing volatility in intraday trade. The Sensex rose 36.78 points to end at 32,869.72 on value-buying in IT, teck, metal and healthcare stocks. The Nifty of National Stock Exchange inched up 5.95 points, or 0.06%, to 10,127.75 points

A highly volatile trading was seen all through the session ahead of RBI's monetary policy review and Gujarat elections later this week. The RBI is scheduled to announce the fifth bi-monthly policy of the current fiscal on Dec 6.

After a strong pick up at 32,968.02, the benchmark index Sensex reclaimed the 33,000-level to hit a high of 33,008.62 points, but profit- booking at high levels capped the gains and it finally settled at 32,869.72, up 36.78 points, or 0.11%.


The gauge had tanked 891.50 points in the proceeding four sessions as upbeat Q2 GDP numbers failed to dispel concerns over a widening fiscal deficit.

Market settles with modest gains amid volatility, Nifty ends at 10,070

Trading for the weekend finished on a positive note with the indices settling with modest gains after a volatile and range bound session of trade. The BSE Sensex gained 87.53 points or 0.27% at 32,325.41, while the NSE Nifty index rose 52.75 points or 0.53% at 10,066.40.  Caution continued in global stocks ahead of US nonfarm payroll data for July, which falls presentation later in the global day.
The BSE MidCap rose 0.66 percent outperforming the Sensex, whereas the BSE SmallCap index gained 0.1 percent, underperforming the Sensex.  About 1385 shares declined and 1,200 shares advanced and a total of 173 shares were unchanged on BSE.
Buzzing stocks are - IOC surged 9%, overtaking ICICI Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Bharti Airtel and Bharti Airtel.  Mahindra & Mahindra declined 0.2 percent after its net profit fell 9 percent to Rs 859 crore on 3.74 percent rise in gross revenue to Rs 23,212 crore in first quarter June 2017 y-o-y.

Sensex, Nifty ended lower; broader markets outperforms, ICICI drags

The key indices  Sensex and Nifty ended the session on a negative terrain in a volatile trade, The BSE Sensex went down 8.21 pts at 31,137.59, while the NSE Nifty-50 index ended 5.15 pts lower at 9,616.10.  The market breadth was positive with 1413 advancing shares against a decline of 1262 shares, and there were 178 shares unchanged. BSE Midcap and BSE Smallcap index outperformed, BSE Midcap index was up 0.48 percent, while BSE Smallcap index rally above 1 percent.
Auto, Capital Goods, Consumer Durables, FMCG, Healthcare, and IT index showed the positive strength, while BANKEX, Bank Nifty, Metals, Oil & Gas, PSU, and Teck were down
Today.
Adani Ports was the star performer on both indices today, along with HUL, Larsen, Sun Pharma, and IT, while, Vedanta, ICICI Bank, Hindalco, ONGC, and Tata Steel were losing sheen.

Sensex, Nifty slide in broader market sell off, pharma stocks fall

The benchmark indices ended lower  with  BSE Sensex going down 205.72 points at 30,365.25, and the NSE Nifty down 51.01 points at 9,386.15 since investors booked profit in latest outperformers.
The BSE Mid-Cap index fell 1.56 and the BSE Small-Cap index fell 1.89%. The falls in both these indices were higher than the Sensex's fall in percentage terms. However, the broad market showed weakness. On BSE. 2,123 shares declined and 597 shares advanced and 158 shares were unchanged.
Shares of public sector banks declined. Bank of India tumbles 7.32%, United Bank of India falls 5.47%, Central Bank of India dips 5.01%, Vijaya Bank  went down 5.01% among many others. Corporation Bank declined 4.87% triggered by the bank reporting higher bad loans in fourth quarter.
Pharma stocks were the biggest laggards and the Nifty Pharma Index was on track to announce its 6th sucessive session of loss, with Sun Pharma hitting a 6-month low after Taro Pharmaceutical reported weak Q4 results.
European stocks edged higher since investors accepted fresh economic data in the euro zone after waking up to a report of another suspected terrorist attack in the UK.

Sensex, Nifty close lower, Asian Paints, Axis Bank biggest losers

The benchmark indices settled with small losses after a range-bound trade, since investors booked profits after indices scaled record highs yesterday, 11 May 2017. The BSE Sensex slid 62.83 points or 0.21% at 30,188.15, while the NSE Nifty-50 index fell 21.50 points or 0.23% at 9,400.90. The indices snapped 4-day winning streak today, 12 May 2017.
The BSE Mid-Cap index fell 0.69% and the Small-Cap index shed 0.8%. The declines in the indices were higher than Sensex's fall in percentage terms.
Bank stocks declined with SBI down 0.47%, Canara Bank dip 1.44%, Union Bank of India declined 1.82% among others.  Among private sector banks, Axis Bank down 2.69%, ICICI Bank fell 1.12%, IndusInd Bank down 1.06%), and Yes Bank declined 5.78% while HDFC Bank rose 0.14%.
Asian Paints dropped 2.81%, after company’s net profit rose 10.4% to Rs 462.22 crore on 8.9% rise in revenue.
Eicher Motors  Ltd fell about 1 percent  after rising for five consecutive sessions, while Ashok Leyland down 1.7% after two winning session’s  gains.  Shares of Reliance Infrastructure rose  the Delhi Airport Metro, won an arbitration case against Delhi Metro Rail Corpn.

Pharma Stocks Reel Under Heat of Government Action

Pharma stocks were under strong under pressure for second back to back day, weighed around a weekend request from the Government banning more than 300 medicine. The BSE Healthcare stocks was down 1.5 for every penny, adding to its 3 per cent misfortune endured on Tuesday.

The health ministry has banned 344 settled measurement mix drugs, including several cough syrups and anti-toxins and analgesics syntheses, saying they include "danger" to people and more secure choices were accessible.
