निफ्टी 10880 पर समाप्त हुआ

ऑटो और हेल्थकेयर क्षेत्र में अधिकतम खरीदारी की दिलचस्पी के कारण सोमवार को भारतीय इक्विटी बेंचमार्क मजबूत हो गए। बीएसई सेंसेक्स 341.90 अंक की बढ़त के साथ 36,213.38 पर जबकि निफ्टी 50 इंडेक्स 88.45 अंकों की बढ़त के साथ 10,880.10 पर बंद हुआ।

आईटी ब्लू-चिप्स की रैली के कारण दोपहर के कारोबार में बाजारों में बढ़त रही। निफ्टी रियल्टी ने अपने सुबह के लाभ को उलट दिया और शीर्ष सेक्टरवासी के रूप में 0.73 प्रतिशत कम हो गया।

निफ्टी पर TCS, Bajaj Finserve, Infosys, Grasim और Yes Bank सबसे अधिक लाभ प्राप्त कर रहे थे, जबकि शीर्ष लैगार्ड्स Adani Ports, Bharti Infratel और Bharat Petroleum थे।

मीडिया, पीएसयू बैंक और रियल्टी को छोड़कर अन्य सभी सेक्टोरल इंडेक्स आईटी इंडेक्स की अगुवाई में हरे रंग में बंद हुए हैं, जो 2.03% और ऑटो और प्राइवेट बैंक 1.12 प्रतिशत और निफ्टी बैंक इंडेक्स 1.09 प्रतिशत की तेजी के साथ बंद हुए हैं।

ऑटोसन इंडेक्स में 1.12 प्रतिशत की मजबूती के साथ मोथरसन सुमी (11.85% तक) अशोक लीलैंड (1.83%) और एक्साइड इंडस्ट्रीज में 1.62% की बढ़त के साथ सूचकांक में तेजी आई।

मिड- स्टॉक मार्केट अपडेट : कावेरी सीड्स में डाउन ट्रेंड

भारत की प्रमुख बीज कंपनियों में से एक कावेरी सीड कंपनी लिमिटेड के शेयरों ने बुधवार को सुबह के सत्र में 10 प्रतिशत से अधिक की गिरावट के साथ अपने निचले स्तर को जारी रखा। बाजार के सत्र में रु .403.80 प्रति शेयर की मौजूदा कीमत के मुकाबले शेयर ने रु .368.80 प्रति शेयर कम मारा।

गिरावट के दो कारण देखे गए। आंध्र प्रदेश सरकार ने एक नोटिस जारी किया है और एक कंपनी के लाइसेंस को निरस्त कर दिया है और उसके बाद एक अन्य तेरह कंपनियों के लाइसेंस रद्द कर दिए गए हैं, जो कि मीडिया रिपोर्टों के अनुसार, गैर-कानूनी रूप से जड़ी-बूटी सहिष्णु कपास के बीज लगाने के संबंध में हैं।

इसके अलावा, तीसरी तिमाही के वित्त वर्ष में कंपनी का शुद्ध लाभ 32.8 प्रतिशत घटकर रु .3.65 करोड़ हो गया, जबकि वित्त वर्ष 2017 की इसी तिमाही के दौरान यह Rs.5.4 करोड़ था।

दोपहर 12.00 बजे, कावेरी सीड शेयरों ने एनएसई पर 3.94 रुपये प्रति शेयर पर 3.94percent कम कारोबार किया, जिसका बेंचमार्क निफ्टी 52percnet तक 10655-स्तर तक बढ़ा। पिछले आठ कारोबारी सत्रों में स्टॉक में 30 प्रतिशत की गिरावट आई है।

इसके अलावा, मोतीलाल ओसवाल ने कम दृश्यता के कारण FY21 कपास की मात्रा के अनुमान को 3-पेर्सेनेट से कम कर दिया, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप FY21 के लिए 8-पर्कनेट आय में कटौती हुई। हालांकि, ब्रोकरेज फर्म ने शेयर पर अपनी BUY रेटिंग 582 रुपये प्रति शेयर के मूल्य लक्ष्य के साथ बनाए रखी।

भारत की सबसे बड़ी विशेषता रसायनों और ब्रोमिन व्युत्पन्न बनाने वाली कंपनियों में से एक, नोजेन केमिकल्स लिमिटेड, अपनी आरंभिक सार्वजनिक पेशकश या आईपीओ को शुरू करने जा रही है, जिसके लिए कंपनी को विनियामक अनुमोदन प्राप्त हुआ है।

प्रस्तावित आईपीओ में डीआरएचपी के अनुसार कंपनी में 80.00 करोड़ रुपये तक के शेयरों की नई जारी करने और प्रवर्तकों, हरिदास ठकरसी कानानी और बीना हरिदास कानानी द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से 80%% हिस्सेदारी रखने की पेशकश की गई है। कंपनी द्वारा दायर किया गया।

नियामक की वेबसाइट पर दिखाई गई जानकारी के अनुसार, सेबी ने 8 फरवरी को आईपीओ प्रस्ताव को अंतिम रूप से जारी किया।

बैंक राष्ट्रव्यापी हड़ताल पर, निफ्टी बैंक इंडेक्स 1 प्रतिशत गिरा

बैंकिंग यूनियन बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा के साथ विजया बैंक और देना बैंक के प्रस्तावित विलय  के खिलाफ आज पूरे भारत में हड़ताल कर रहे हैं। इससे बुधवार को सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के बैंक में सेवा  प्रभावित होगी। 

हालाँकि, निजी क्षेत्र के बैंक अपने कार्यों को हमेशा की तरह करेंगे। पिछले शुक्रवार को, देश के उन बैंक कर्मचारियों ने, जिन्होंने वेतन मांगों को लेकर एक दिवसीय हड़ताल की थी, उन्हें एक सप्ताह  से पहले फिर से हड़ताल करने के लिए मजबूर किया गया है।
निफ्टी बैंक इंडेक्स 1 प्रतिशत गिरा देना बैंक के शेयरो में 1.78 प्रतिशत, विजया बैंक में 1.03 प्रतिशत, बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा में गिरावट आई। 1.30 प्रतिशत, भारतीय स्टेट बैंक (एसबीआई) में 1.67 प्रतिशत और फेडरल बैंक में 1 प्रतिशत की गिरावट आई। निफ्टी प्राइवेट बैंक जैसे इंडसइंड बैंक, आरबीएल बैंक, कोटक बैंक और आईडीएफसी बैंक के घटक 1.96 से 1.15 के बीच कम रेंज में कारोबार कर रहे थे, जबकि यस बैंक के शेयरों में सुबह के समय 3.54 प्रतिशत की गिरावट दर्ज की गई।

इस बीच प्रमुख बेंच मार्क इंडेक्स सेंसेक्स में 360 अंकों की गिरावट के साथ नीचे की ओर जारी है और निफ्टी 50 100 अंकों की गिरावट के साथ 10563 के स्तर पर 10.50 बजे के आसपास गिर गया।

MCX raises maximum compensation limit to Rs.25 lakh from IPF

MCX (Multi Commodity Exchange of India) on Thursday announced the enhancement of maximum compensation that could be availed by investors to Rs. 25.00 lakhs from the existing Rs.2.00 lakhs per claim.

MCX has established and maintained an Investor Protection Fund viz. Multi Commodity Exchange Investor (Client) Protection Fund (MCX IPF), with the aim of compensating investors in the event of defaulters' assets not being adequate to meet the legitimate claims of investors.

MCX also promotes investor awareness and education to increase literacy, participation in the commodity derivatives market and utilized for such other purpose as prescribed by the Sebi.

The maximum amount of compensation available against a single claim of an investor arising out of default of a member of exchange is presently Rs. 2.00 besides the maximum available compensation being Rs.2.00 crore per defaulter member.

Galaxy Surfactants raises Rs 281 cr from anchor investors

Specialty chemical manufacturer Galaxy Surfactants Limited's initial public offer (IPO) will hit capital market on Monday, 29 January 2018. Galaxy Surfactants, the leading specialty chemicals maker, on Friday announced that it has garnered over Rs 281 crore ahead of its IPO.

The IPO seeks to raise Rs 937 crore from the market. It has finalized allocation of 18,99,500 equity shares to 25 anchor investors at Rs 1,480 per share.

The offer comprises to 63,31,674 equity shares of face value of Rs 10 each for cash, Rs 10 aggregating up to Rs 937.09 Cr.

Edelweiss Financial Services, J.M Financial Institutional Securities & ICICI Securities will manage the public issue. The Company’s equity shares will be listing both on BSE and NSE. 

FIIs invested USD 3 billion in equities in November

Foreign institutional investors (FIIs) invested three billion dollars in Indian equities in November, which marks as the highest since March. The net November Foreign investor’s investment of USD 3.05 billion is the highest since the USD 5.1 billion in March. Their net investment so far this year stands at USD 8.86 billion.  This jump is attributed on the recapitalization of banks coupled with, global risk-on trade.

On 24 October, the govt announced a Rs. 2.11 trillion bank recapitalization plan for state-run lenders weighed down by bad loans, seeking to motivate the flow of credit.

Foreign institutional investment is used commonly in India to refer to outside companies investing in Indian financial markets.

The company’s Retail standalone revenue for the quarter came in at Rs 315.12 crore, registering 38.8% year on year increase. The profit after tax for the quarter registered in at Rs 22.35 crore. The company is engaged in value retailing through the chain of stores located at different places in India, offering products across diverse verticals, viz. Apparel, General Merchandise and kirana bazaar.

HDFC Life Insurance Co. Ltd on Friday filed its DRH prospectus with the market regulator Sebi for an IPO of 299.8 million shares. As per the prospectus, HDFC Life will dilute about 9.55 percent stake and its JV Company Standard Life will offload about 5.42% in the offer.

Merchant bankers for HDFC Life Offer’s include Stanley Morgan, Credit Suisse, HDFC Bank and Nomura. HDFC Life is a JV between HDFC Ltd and UK’s Standard Life, with 61.52% and 35% respectively. Further, the state-run SBI-promoted life insurer, SBI Life Insurance Co. Ltd, is working on its IPO plans.

For the fiscal 2016-17, HDFC Life Insurance registered a gross premium income of Rs. 19,445.00 cr, and its profit after tax (PAT) for the year reached at Rs. 892 crore.

Sensex touch above 30,000 mark for the first time ever; Nifty scales 9351

The benchmark Sensex, which was fighting to touch 30,000 mark has finally crossed above 30,000 mark and come out  to be well placed above 30,100 level. The BSE Sensex closed at 30,133.35 higher by 190.11 points. NSE  Nifty closed higher for the third consecutive trading session at 9351.85 up by 45.25 points.
HDFC Bank led the market rally, while  IT stocks remained under stress all through  day. Tech Mahindra was the biggest laggard  going down by 2.9% at Rs 425.45 per share. The IPO of S Chand got subscribed by 24% on its initial day of subscription. MRF Ltd closed higher by Rs 2,573.4 per share or 3.87% at Rs 69,018 per share.
The Bank Nifty index touched the fresh 52-week high of 22,276 level up by 222 points. PNB was the well focusing among the banking stocks, which closed higher by 3.66 percent  at Rs 167 per share. 
The rupee touched its 20-months high of 63.93 per dollar. European exchanges opened a bit  lower on today as investors focused on earnings, monetary policy and a tax announcement in the US.
