सप्ताह के अंत में स्टॉक पर साप्ताहिक लपेट 27-दिसंबर को समाप्त हुई !

भारतीय इक्विटी सूचकांकों ने सत्र में स्मार्ट लाभ के साथ शुक्रवार को अपने 3-दिवसीय हारने को रोक दिया, एशियाई बाजारों में सकारात्मक भावना से उछाल आया। बैंकिंग और ऊर्जा क्षेत्र के शेयरों में बढ़त के कारण सेंसेक्स और निफ्टी उच्च स्तर पर रहे। 

रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज, एचडीएफसी, इंफोसिस, आईसीआईसीआई बैंक और एक्सिस बैंक जैसे प्रमुख शेयरों ने सूचकांकों को बढ़ावा देने में मदद की।

सेंसेक्स 411-पीएसटी 41,575 पर बंद हुआ, जबकि निफ्टी 119-पीटी 12,246 के स्तर पर बंद हुआ।

सप्ताह के लिए, बेंचमार्क सपाट रहा क्योंकि निवेशकों ने नए साल से पहले रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज, एचडीएफसी बैंक जैसे भारी शेयरों में लाभ का सहारा लिया। इस सप्ताह निफ्टी और सेंसेक्स दोनों में 0.2% की गिरावट आई।

सेक्टोरल इंडेक्स में निफ्टी एनर्जी इंडेक्स में 1.2%, निफ्टी एफएमसीजी और आईटी में 0.8% की गिरावट आई है। लाभ प्राप्त करने वालों में, बैंक निफ्टी 0.08% अधिक बंद हुआ, जबकि निफ्टी धातु और रियल्टी 1.3% से अधिक बढ़ गए।

इस सप्ताह शीर्ष निफ्टी गेनर्स और हारे: Zee एंटरटेनमेंट, टाटा स्टील, बजाज फाइनेंस, कोल इंडिया और HeroMotoCorp सप्ताह के शीर्ष लाभकारी रहे, 3.33 और 6.88% के बीच। सप्ताह के दौरान 2.45 और 3.11% के बीच यूपीएल, सिप्ला, टाइटन कंपनी, एसबीआई और एनटीपीसी अन्य लाभ प्राप्त हुए।

दूसरी ओर, रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज, यस बैंक, आईटीसी, कोटक महिंद्रा बैंक, ब्रिटानिया, और सनफार्मा इस सप्ताह के दौरान 1.75 और 4.20% के बीच लाभ उठाने वालों में से थे। टाटा मोटर्स, अदानी पोर्ट्स, टीसीएस और एचडीएफसी बैंक भी सप्ताह के दौरान अन्य साप्ताहिक हारने वालों में से 1 से 1.67% के बीच नीचे थे।

अंतर्राष्ट्रीय ब्रोकरेज सिटी ने यस बैंक के शेयर के लक्ष्य मूल्य को कम करने और वित्त वर्ष 2015 और FY21 के लाभ अनुमानों में कटौती करने के बाद इस सप्ताह बैंक ने 3.81% की गिरावट दर्ज की।

दिल्ली उच्च न्यायालय द्वारा रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज और ब्रिटिश गैस को अपनी संपत्ति का विक्रय नहीं करने के निर्देश के लिए केंद्रीय सरकार की याचिका पर अपनी संपत्ति का खुलासा करने के लिए रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज लिमिटेड ने सप्ताह में 4% से अधिक फिसल जाने की बात कही।

Reliance Nippon AMC to be listed on NSE on Nov 6

The shares of Reliance Nippon AMC will be listed on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) on Monday, Nov 6. The listing ceremony at NSE will be attended by the Reliance group chairman Anil Ambani; Anmol Ambani, ED, Reliance Capital; among other company dignitaries of the company.

The initial offer sale aimed at raising an estimated Rs. 1,542.24 crore, received bids for 3,493 mln shares against the total issue size of 4,28,40,000.

The IPO had opened for subscription from Oct 25- 27, 2017 in a price band of Rs. 247- 252, which was oversubscribed by 81.54 times at the close of the bidding.

The Rs 1,540 crore IPO saw healthy demand in all three investor categories.  The institutional portion was oversubscribed 118 times; HNI segment was oversubscribed by 209.44 times and retail investor portion by five times.

Khadim India Public Offer sees 7% subscription on first day

Khadim India Limited is Kolkata based largest footwear company in India. It has a strong presence in eastern India and has placed itself as an affordable brand. The company has 853 branded exclusive retail units in 23 states and one Union territory.

Khadim’s Initial Public Offering (IPO) has been subscribed 7% on the first day of share sale on Thursday. The Offer will close on Nov 6.

After lunch hours of trading time, the IPO received bids for 3,42,780 shares against the total issue size of 50,73,006 shares, as per NSE data. With a price band of Rs. 745 to 750 per share, Khadim India is aiming to garner Rs. 543 crore through the share sale.

Shares of Reliance Industries Limited (RIL), Divis’ Laboratories Ltd and Tata Steel Ltd were trading on Monday morning on NSE, as the most active stocks in terms of value on by Rs 58.42 crore, Rs 54.66 crore and Rs 54.02 crore, respectively. Media Company, NDTV shot up by around 5 percent on the exchanges during Monday’s trade. The stock jumped to breach its upper circuit of Rs 55.75, up by 4.99 percent on BSE in the early trade on Monday.

The other stocks in terms of value includes Axis Bank by Rs 48.95 cr, Maruti Suzuki Ltd by Rs 37.38 cr, Vedanta Ltd by Rs 36.70 cr, Aurobindo Pharma by Rs 35.14 cr, SBI by Rs 35.09 crore, Dr Reddy’s Labs by Rs 34.95 cr, India bulls Housing by Rs 33.11 cr, Bajaj Finance by Rs 32.24 cr and Tata Motors by Rs 32.15 cr.

The BSE Sensex is trading at 31,690 down by 214 points, while NSE Nifty is trading at 9,879 down by 84 points. A total of 17 stocks clocked a fresh 52-week high in trade today, while 47 stocks registered a new 52-week low on the NSE.

On the other hand, stocks of Bharti Infratel up 1.47%, Power Grid up 1.36%, Tata Power up 1%, TCS up 0.78%, ITC up 0.30%, NTPC up 0.24% and HUL up 0.23% were gaining in trade. All the sectorial stocks were trading in negative terrain. The Nifty realty index was down 2.27%, while Nifty Bank index fell 0.96%.

FPIs sold shares worth a net Rs. 1,241.73 crore on Friday, as per provisional data released by the exchanges. Adani Ports, Tata Steel, and L&T were major losers, while TCS and Power Grid were top gainers.

Stock News: Reliance shares hit record high, Shares of telecom companies Slump

Shares of telecom companies such as Idea Cellular Ltd, Bharti Airtel Ltd, and Reliance Communications Ltd slumped 7.4%, 6.2%, and 4.2%, respectively. Investors are responding negatively to Telecom Regulatory Authority of India’s new mandate wherein it has cut interconnect usage charge to 6 paise effective from 1 October.

Tata Steel shares advanced 0.51 percent at Rs 677.90 on BSE as Tata Steel and thyssenkrupp AG have signed an MOU to create a leading European steel enterprise by combining the flat steel businesses. The stock had hit a high and low of Rs 689.75 and Rs 674.30 respectively during the late morning hours. 

Stocks of Divi's Lab surge 6 percent in today's trade on account of resolving Unit 2 observation issue. Stock is presently trading at eight-month high.

Max Financial Life Insurance Company may merge with Birla Sun Life. Aditya Birla Capital likely to invest Rs 3.000 Crore for buy at Rs 800 per share, as per media reports.

The Rupee dropped a little bit against the US currency to 64.14 in today’s early trade upon dollar demand from importers and banks. The rupee opened lower by 5 paise at 64.18 against the last close of 64.13 at the inter-bank FX. Asian currencies were trading higher, while the dollar index, which reads the US currency’s strength against major currencies, was trading at 91.732, down 0.07 percent from its last close of 91.793.
