बाजार कि धीमी शुरूआत , बाजर क्या होगा इस सप्ताह

शेयर बाजारों ने की धीमी शुरुआत,  निफ्टी के साथ सोमवार को खुलने के करीब 10,750 के आसपास कारोबार किया।

ओपेक और रूस से चल रही आपूर्ति में कटौती के कारण कच्चे तेल की कीमतें आज बढ़ गईं। ब्रेंट क्रूड ऑयल वायदा 60.75 अमरीकी डालर प्रति बैरल, 0.5% ऊपर, उनके आखिरी करीब से थे। यूएस डब्ल्यूटीआई क्रूड वायदा 0.45 डॉलर प्रति बैरल 51.81 डॉलर प्रति बैरल पर था।

बीएसई सेंसेक्स 173 अंक गिरकर 35836 के स्तर पर और एनएसई निफ्टी 56 अंक गिरकर सुबह के सत्र में 10738 अंक पर बंद हुआ है। इन्फोसिस, यस बैंक, भारती इंफ्राटेल और सन फार्मा इस समय प्रमुख लाभ देने वालों में से थे, जबकि एक्सिस बैंक, एलएंडटी, जेएसडब्ल्यू स्टील और भारती एयरटेल प्रमुख हारे थे।

आईटी और फार्मा को छोड़कर, अन्य सभी क्षेत्रीय रिक्त स्थान लाल रंग में कारोबार कर रहे हैं, निफ्टी मेटल और रियल्टी 1 प्रतिशत से अधिक गिर रहे हैं।

इस सप्ताह के परिणाम: एचयूएल, एचडीएफसी बैंक, रिलायंस इंडस्ट्रीज, फेडरल बैंक, विप्रो, ज़ी और माइंडट्री इस सप्ताह अपनी तिमाही आय जारी करने वाली प्रमुख कंपनियों में से एक हैं।

बाजार उच्चतर पर है, निफ्टी ने शुरुआत में 10700 हिट किया |

शेयर बाजारों ने सकारात्मक शुरुआत करते हुए दिन की शुरुआत की, निफ्टी 10,700 के स्तर को छू गया। कच्चे तेल की कीमतों में गिरावट के साथ घरेलू मुद्रा शुक्रवार को USD के मुकाबले 69 पैसे पर 24 पैसे पर खुला।

OPEC द्वारा आपूर्ति वापसी के बाद शुक्रवार को अमेरिकी कच्चे तेल की कीमतों में गिरावट आई और कीमतों में और गिरावट आई। US WTI Crude Oil  वायदा 0.6-पीसी के नीचे 46.82 / बैरल पर था।

बीएसई सेंसेक्स 114.75 अंक बढ़कर 35,628 के स्तर पर है, जबकि एनएसई निफ्टी 32 अंक बढ़कर 10,704 अंक पर है।

एनएसई पर टाटा मोटर्स, भारती इंफ्राटेल, इंडियाबुल्स हाउसिंग फाइनेंस और एनटीपीसी प्रमुख लाभार्थियों में से एक थे, जबकि आईसीआईसीआई बैंक एचसीएल टेक, टीसीएस और रिलायंस इस समय Losser थे।

सेक्टरों में निफ्टी आईटी इंडेक्स 0.36 प्रतिशत की गिरावट के साथ सिंगल सेक्टर लॉस है, जबकि बाकी सभी सेक्टोरल इंडेक्स हरे रंग में कारोबार कर रहे हैं। निफ्टी ऑटो और पीएसयू बैंक सूचकांक सभी सूचकांकों में क्रमश: 0.74 और 0.64 प्रतिशत की तेजी के साथ कारोबार कर रहे हैं।

नए साल पर सूचकांक व्यापार कम; ऑटो स्टॉकस पर फोकस

प्रमुख बेंचमार्क, सेंसेक्स, निफ्टी नए साल के पहले दिन टेपिड नोट पर खुले प्रमुख घरेलू और वैश्विक संकेत के बावजूद। एशियाई बाजार ज्यादातर नए साल के कारण बंद हैं। USD के मुकाबले रुपया 15 पैसे बढ़कर 69.62 पर खुला।

बीएसई सेंसेक्स 44 अंकों की गिरावट के साथ 36,024 अंक के स्तर पर है जबकि एनएसई 14 अंकों की गिरावट के साथ 10,850 अंक के नीचे कारोबार कर रहा है।

एनएसई पर भारती एयरटेल का शेयर 1.25 प्रतिशत बढ़कर 315.90 पर पहुंच गए, जबकि एक्सिस बैंक प्रमुख लाभ के रूप में शुरुआती कारोबार में एक प्रतिशत से अधिक की गिरावट के साथ बंद हुआ। इंडियाबुल्स हाउसिंग फाइनेंस, हिंडाल्को और पावर ग्रिड प्रमुख शुरुआती नुकसान मे  थे। एनएसई पर सभी सेक्टोरल इंडेक्स लाल दिख रहे हैं, निफ्टी फार्मा और रियल्टी इंडेक्स को छोड़कर, जो 0.25 और 0.88 प्रतिशत की मामूली बढ़त के साथ कारोबार कर रहे हैं।

ऑटो कंपनियों के शेयर अपने मासिक बिक्री के आंकड़ों के लिए दिसंबर में फोकस में रहेंगे।

बैंक राष्ट्रव्यापी हड़ताल पर, निफ्टी बैंक इंडेक्स 1 प्रतिशत गिरा

बैंकिंग यूनियन बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा के साथ विजया बैंक और देना बैंक के प्रस्तावित विलय  के खिलाफ आज पूरे भारत में हड़ताल कर रहे हैं। इससे बुधवार को सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के बैंक में सेवा  प्रभावित होगी। 

हालाँकि, निजी क्षेत्र के बैंक अपने कार्यों को हमेशा की तरह करेंगे। पिछले शुक्रवार को, देश के उन बैंक कर्मचारियों ने, जिन्होंने वेतन मांगों को लेकर एक दिवसीय हड़ताल की थी, उन्हें एक सप्ताह  से पहले फिर से हड़ताल करने के लिए मजबूर किया गया है।
निफ्टी बैंक इंडेक्स 1 प्रतिशत गिरा देना बैंक के शेयरो में 1.78 प्रतिशत, विजया बैंक में 1.03 प्रतिशत, बैंक ऑफ बड़ौदा में गिरावट आई। 1.30 प्रतिशत, भारतीय स्टेट बैंक (एसबीआई) में 1.67 प्रतिशत और फेडरल बैंक में 1 प्रतिशत की गिरावट आई। निफ्टी प्राइवेट बैंक जैसे इंडसइंड बैंक, आरबीएल बैंक, कोटक बैंक और आईडीएफसी बैंक के घटक 1.96 से 1.15 के बीच कम रेंज में कारोबार कर रहे थे, जबकि यस बैंक के शेयरों में सुबह के समय 3.54 प्रतिशत की गिरावट दर्ज की गई।

इस बीच प्रमुख बेंच मार्क इंडेक्स सेंसेक्स में 360 अंकों की गिरावट के साथ नीचे की ओर जारी है और निफ्टी 50 100 अंकों की गिरावट के साथ 10563 के स्तर पर 10.50 बजे के आसपास गिर गया।

मदरसन सुमी सिस्टम्स लिमिटेड ने जर्मनी स्थित लियोनी के साथ विलय के लिए बातचीत की

मीडिया रिपोर्ट के मुताबिक, भारतीय ऑटो घटक सप्लायर मदरसन सुमी सिस्टम्स लिमिटेड संभावित समामेलन के लिए जर्मनी स्थित लियोनी के साथ चर्चा के शुरुआती चरणों में है।  लियोनी के साथ संभावित समामेलन का अनुमान एक बिलियन यूरो से अधिक हो सकता है। हालांकि, इसके वास्तविक वित्त पोषण पर और ठोस विवरण नहीं हैं ।

हालांकि, इस खबर के साथ शेयरों ने सकारात्मक प्रतिक्रिया व्यक्त की, मदरसन सुमी सिस्टम की शेयर कीमत शुक्रवार को मध्य बाजार व्यापार के दौरान एनएसई पर 3.90% की बढ़ोतरी के साथ 168 रुपये पर पहुंच गई।

सेंसेक्स और निफ्टी - गुरुवार को सकारात्मक नोट पर समाप्त हुए

सेंसेक्स और निफ्टी - गुरुवार को सकारात्मक नोट पर समाप्त हुए। निफ्टी 54 अंक से 10,791.55 पर बंद हुआ जबकि बीएसई सेंसेक्स इंडेक्स व्यापार में 150.57 अंक ऊपर 35 9 2 9 .64 पर पहुंच गया। निफ्टी धातु को छोड़कर निफ्टी पर सभी सेक्टोरल इंडेक्स 0.61 फीसदी नीचे आ गए।

इंडियाबुल्स हाउसिंग फाइनेंस, ग्रासिम, बजाज फिनसर्व, विप्रो और मारुति निफ्टी पर शीर्ष लाभ पर ,  जबकि यस बैंक, सन फार्मा, यूपीएल, टाटा स्टील और टीसीएस प्रमुख घाटे में बंद हुए।  

सेक्टरल में, निफ्टी पीएसयू बैंक इंडेक्स में इंडियन बैंक , एसबीआई और विजया बैंक, बैंक ऑफ इंडिया के नेतृत्व में 1.03% की वृद्धि हुई, जिसके परिणामस्वरूप नए नियुक्त भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक के गवर्नर शक्तििकांत दास ने पीएसयू बैंकों के प्रमुखों के साथ बैठक आयोजित की।

निफ्टी ऑटो इंडेक्स ने मदरसन सुमी, मारुति सुजुकी और टाटा मोटर्स की अगुआई में करीब 1 फीसदी की बढ़ोतरी की। टाटामोटर की कीमत 1.65% बढ़कर 166.80 रुपये प्रति शेयर हो गई।

आईडीएफसी बैंक 4.52% बढ़कर 39.30 रुपये प्रति शेयर हो गया, जबकि नेशनल कंपनी लॉ ट्रिब्यूनल (एनसीएलटी) विलय के लिए मंजूरी मिलने के बाद कैपिटल फर्स्ट  स्टॉक 4.92% पर 545 रुपये पर पहुंच गया।

Tata steel and Wipro bag ‘most Ethical Company Award’

Tata Steel Ltd and Wipro Limited are the two Indian companies that have been chosen among 135 world's most ethical companies for 2018 by the Ethisphere Institute, a leading international organization dedicated to the creation, advancement and sharing of best practices in business ethics, a press release has said.

The 135 companies dedicated to "defining and advancing the standards of ethical business practices" have been selected from 23 countries across 57 industries, Ethisphere Institute said in its statement on Monday.

A total of 135 companies from 23 countries are being recognized in 2018, the release said.  It added that the award will be bestowed on March 13. Amazingly, Tata Steel Limited has been honored by Ethisphere Institute USA five times earlier, in 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016 & 2017, in the Metals, Minerals and Mining grouping.

It seems that Tata Steel Limited and Wipro Limited will be impacted by the investors with this dignity in the trading days ahead.  However, the shares of Tata Steel and Wipro on Monday spiked 4.15% and 4.05% of Rs. 713.70 and 289.05 respectively on National Stock Exchange.

M&M brings an Industry First revolution; Mahindra stock rise

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd (M&M), on Wednesday announced an industry first initiative in the automotive retail space launching of its 'Bring the Showroom Home', which is a mobile based, interactive Virtual Reality (IVR) experience, as unique initiative wherein a customer would get a 360 degree, all-encompassing and immersive virtual show-room experience.

Through an immersive technology experience, the customer can co-create and identify his Mahindra vehicle with any specification, in the convenience and comfort of his home and involve his family in the decision making process.

M&M is laying a bet big on digital connect for driving its passenger vehicle sales in the domestic market. The company, which is currently recording an 8% digital to final showroom sale rate, is buoyant about increasing it to 15% by the fiscal 2018-2019.

The stock Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd today closed at Rs. 765.90, up by 0.13% at National Stock Exchange (NSE).

Maruti Suzuki, Tata Motors, Bajaj Auto ahead in December Auto Sales

Year 2017 marked a significant move for auto sales, aided by the continued growth in the Auto sector by the sales figures of Dec 2017.  The primary reason for the growth on Y-o-Y basis was the effects of demonetization on Dec 2016.

India’s largest carmaker Maruti Suzuki India Limited clocked a 10.3% jump in sales for Dec driven by demand for its vans and compact cars. The car maker sold a little over 1.3 lakh units v/s to 1.17 lakh in the same month a year ago, as per the company’s exchange filing. Total domestic sales rose 12.1% to 1.19 lakh units while export sales fell 6.2% to 10,780 units.

Mahindra & Mahindra Limited’s (M&M) sales grew 8% percent to 39,200 vehicles in Dec 2017, led by strong demand for its commercial vehicles.

In the 2-wheeler segment, TVS Motors Limited reported a significant growth of 35% in total sales, in which exports surged to 55% during the period, whereas Eicher Motors Limited, reported 17% growth led by spike in demand for its two-wheelers, aided by stellar growth in their exports. 

Bajaj Auto sales grew by 30% in December on Y-o-Y basis, on account of strong exports. Sale of commercial vehicles rose 187% to 63,785 units compared to that a year ago. Sale of motorcycles also grew 13%. Motorcycle sales within India grew only 6% while two-wheeler exports rose 20%

Canara Bank goes on equity capital raising plan

Shares of Canara Bank rose 0.9% to Rs 377.90 on BSE in the morning hours after it has announced that the bank approved raising additional equity share capital.

The state-owned Canara Bank has announced that it has approved raising additional equity share capital of Rs 90 crore QIP route, by issuing up to 9.00 crore equity shares of face value Rs. 10.00 each.

The net profit Canara Bank's fell 27.1% to Rs 260.18 crore on 1.6% fall in total income to Rs 11,994.64 crore in Q2 Sep 2017 Y-o-Y.

The Govt of India held 66.3 percent stake in Canara Bank according to the shareholding pattern as at 30 Sept 2017.

L&T bags orders worth Rs.3355 CR.

Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T) on Tuesday announced that its buildings and factories buz of L&T construction has obtained orders valued Rs 3,355 crore.

The orders comprise design & construction of India Int. Convention & Expo Centre (IICC) in the national capital.

The business also bagged a contract to construct a major retail development in Navi Mumbai for IKEA. The construction for the proposed expansion will commence in early 2018, the company said.

Shares of the L&T were trading at Rs 1,265.45 apiece, down 0.09%, from the previous close on BSE.

Shalby Shares to list shares tomorrow

Multi-specialty hospital chain Shalby Limited, which just concluded its Rs 504.00 crore IPO, will list its shares on NSE and BSE exchanges tomorrow, 15 December 2017. The initial offer, which opened for subscription from Dec 5 to 7, was subscribed 2.8 times at a price band of Rs 245 - 248 per share.  The portion reserved for qualified institutional buyers (QIBs) were subscribed 4.47 times, HNI 43%, retail investors 2.97 times and employees 1.43 times. The IPO included a fresh issue of shares aggregating up to Rs. 480 crore and an offer for sale of up to 10.00 lakh equities.

M&M heads higher after unit sells part stake in CIE Automotive

Shares of Mahindra & Mahindra (M&M) rose 0.88 percent to Rs 1,425 at mid noon hours on BSE after the company said that its wholly owned subsidiary MOICML (Mahindra Overseas Investment Company-Mauritius) on 13 Dec 2017, sold 64.50 lakh shares, representing 5 percent of the share capital of CIE Automotive S.A. The average gross price was Euro 23.50/ share. The deal totaled Euro 151.58 million. Following the sale, MOICML's shareholding in CIE Automotive-SA would come down to 7.44% of its share capital. The transaction will facilitate diversification of investor base of CIE Automotive S.A.

Mahindra & Mahindra's net profit rose 24.8% to Rs 1,331.57 crore on 14 percent rise in net sales to Rs. 12,182.07 crore in Q2 Sept 2017 Year-on-Year.  Mahindra & Mahindra enjoys a leadership position in tractors and utility vehicles in India.

NSE May Refile IPO Papers with Sebi

The National Stock Exchange (NSE) is expected to file fresh draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with markets regulator Sebi to float an initial public offering (IPO) after getting clarity on the co-location matter.   However, the preliminary IPO papers, which has been filed with Sebi in December last year, will remain open, the exchange said.

The Initial Public Offering of NSE is being eagerly awaited in the market as one of the largest in recent times, which is having an estimated size of over Rs. 10,000 crore. Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) also got listed in February month. The regulatory authorities stated the exchange will have to file fresh DRHPs as issues related to co-location case have held up regulatory go-ahead for its earlier proposal and Sebi wants greater disclosure about the matter in the draft red herring prospectus (DRHP).

Bharat-22 ETF to raise Rs 8000 Cr.

The government will start the 'Bharat 22' ETF (Exchange Traded Fund), managed by ICICI Prudential MF, to garner about Rs 8000 cr. As per statement, the new fund offer will open for anchor investors on Nov 14 2017, whereas subscription for retail investors will launch from Nov 15 and continue till Nov 17.

Bharat-22 ETF consists of 22 scrips of public sector units, banks and companies in which the govt holds a minority stake.  It is a good opportunity for investors to play a part in some of the best entities with high future growth potential.

The state-owned companies or PSUs that are part of the new ETF are IOCL, ONGC, BPCL, SBI, Coal India Ltd and Nalco.  The other Central PSUs on the list are Bharat Electronics, Engineers India, NTPC, NBCC, SJVNL, NHPC, PGCIL, GAIL India and NLC India.

The govt is expected to fetch an initial amount of Rs. 8,000 cr from the Bharat-22 ETF. ICICI Prudential MF has already filed docs for the new ETF with markets regulator Sebi.

Shares of Vedanta Limited rise on Rs 10,000 cr investment plan

Metal and Mining major Vedanta Ltd has reported total revenue at Rs.9378 crore keeping its profit at 34.00 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2017. The stocks were trading higher on Monday after reports suggested that the company’s chief Anil Agarwal has lined up an investment plan of a Rs. 10,000 crore for Jharkhand. Effectively, Vedanta stock gained 1.37% to Rs 344.35 on BSE today. The stock opened at Rs 340.05 and touched an intraday high of Rs 344.70 and a low Rs 339.95, in the first hour of trade.  

For the quarter ended June 30, 2017, Vedanta  Limited reported total revenue at Rs. 9378.00 crore and net profit stood at 34.00 crore.

The Sensex and Nifty hold steady with their morning gains as stellar buying seen in different sectors, led by Industrials, Oil & Gas, Auto and Consumer Durables.

At 12:37 hrs, BSE Sensex is trading at 33,242.level up by 85 points, while NSE Nifty is trading at 10,364 level up by 41 points.

HDFC Bank, Infosys Ltd Flat Ahead Of Q2

Sensex and Nifty opened on a positive note on Monday. Sensex gained over 100 pts and Nifty crossed the 10,200 level. HDFC Bank shares Flat were trading on a flat note ahead of Sept quarter earnings. HDFC Bank stock rose about 0.6 % to Rs 1,875 in later morning hours today. Its net interest income rose 20.2%  to Rs 9,610 crore V/s Rs. 7,994 crore year-on-year, while net profit seen increasing 20.7% Rs 4,171 crore from Rs 3,455 crore in the corresponding period last year.

Shares of Infosys Ltd also were trading flat in morning trade on Tuesday ahead of its results of Q2 Sept 30, 2017. Infosys will announce its financial results after market hours today. The scrip was trading 0.01% down at Rs 939.60 in the morning hours. Its shares opened at Rs 945 and touched a high of Rs 947.50 and low of Rs 937, during the time.

As per Reliance Securities estimation, Infosys Ltd may report revenue of Rs 17,560 crore in Quarter-2 FY-18 over Rs 17,078 crore in Quarter-FY 18. It said, the USD revenue is expected to jump by 3.6% on QoQ, while revenue in constant currency growth is pegged at 2.4% on QoQ.

Quarterly results to dictate market trend this week

The continuing quarterly results season, together with global markets cues and direction of foreign funds are expected to keep the tone for the key Indian equity indices through this week.

The major companies announcing their July-Sept 2017 quarterly results include, Hindustan Zinc Ltd. and Indiabulls Housing Finance will declare their financial results today, 23 October 2017.

Infosys Ltd, Asian Paints, Ambuja Cements, ICICI Prudential, HDFC Bank, Zee Entertainment Enterprises and ABB India Ltd will announce July-Sept 2017 quarterly results on Tuesday, 24 October 2017.

Kotak Mahindra Bank, Hindustan Unilever, Glaxo smithkline Pharmaceuticals, HCL Technologies, Mahindra & Mahindra Financial Services, RBL Bank and Tata Communications will announce their results on Wednesday 25 October 2017, while Yes Bank will announce their earning result on Thursday, 26 October 2017, whereas ITC, IOC, ICICI Bank, and Maruti Suzuki India will announce July-Sep 2017 quarterly results on Friday, 27 October 2017.

ONGC Stocks: State-run Oil & Natural Gas Corpn will invite bids from oilfield service providers to boost up output from some of its ageing fields under a long-term contract.

The two-wheeler maker Bajaj Auto Ltd has posted a 1% decline in net profit to Rs 1123 crore for the Sept quarter, largely on account of flat two-wheeler sales and rising input costs. 

Reliance Industries Ltd has submitted a USD 1.4-billion plan to generate 7 million cubic metres a day of natural gas from KG-D6 deep-sea fields in the Bay of Bengal.
